Built from the ground up Sitelogic Pros, Inc. was founded by Ken Setters and Jay Mercer, two professionals with deep roots in heavy civil construction and 3D modeling.

Jay Mercer is a Construction Engineer with nearly 30 years in the Machine Control, GPS, Laser, and Survey industry. He founded two Topcon Machine Control dealerships, leading efforts in sales, service, parts, and support across the western U.S.

Ken Setters brings over 30 years of experience as a Heavy Civil Dirt Foreman and Superintendent. A seasoned machine operator, Ken has been building and refining 3D models for over two decades—bridging field expertise with digital precision.

Together, Ken and Jay share a passion for 3D modeling that’s accurate, field-ready, and built for real-world impact.
